Please allow 1 to 7 business days for processing and shipping of in-stock items. Once your order is picked up by the carrier, transit times typically range from 1 to 5 days depending on your location. During the summer months, please note that packages will only be shipped Monday through Wednesday to prevent candles from sitting in hot mail trucks and melting. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in checking your tracking and promptly retrieving your packages during these months.
While we strive to meet these shipping estimates, please understand that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Once your package leaves our shop, we have limited control over its delivery process.
Please be advised that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, we encourage you to reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim for a full refund of your order.
